As explained in Levels 6 & 7 of the book, Extuity reveals how we're always connected to our pasts and futures, and how we can use that. These are just two of the abilities unveiled by The Theory of Extuity.
If our opinions and beliefs are being influenced by a datastream of emotions from our future selves, we can decode and isolate specific opinions from our future selves to guide us at choice points in time, hence writing 'fate'.
Quite simply, if we are unconsciously sending emotional energies to both our future and past selves, we could consciously do it too, unlocking the ability to not just 'write' our futures, but also 'rewrite' our pasts.
